I founded The Ashlee Russ Agency for two simple reasons.
First, to shine a light on talent that may have felt overlooked or counted out. And second, to create a true one-stop experience for those seeking both professional representation and high-quality photography under one roof.
This agency exists for people at every stage of their journey. Those just beginning, and those who may have felt lost along the way. Having spent many years in the industry myself, I understand how confusing and overwhelming the process can be. I have seen the challenges firsthand, and I know how easily talent can fall through the cracks without the right guidance.
My goal is to make the path forward clear, supportive, and as seamless as possible, so every client feels confident, prepared, and genuinely seen.

FounderI grew up on photography sets as a child model, and the fashion industry became more than a profession—it became my identity. That early foundation, always on set, shaped the artist, entrepreneur, and leader I am today. What began as documenting my travels evolved into something deeper: I found my calling capturing the essence of femininity. There's something electric about fashion photography—the pop of a flash, the perfect sunset light, the transformation that happens when a model steps in front of the lens. As an Official Worldwide Fashion Week Photog (2023-2025), I've seen firsthand what's possible when vision meets execution. My mission is to contribute to something bigger than a single brand. I want to help shape DFW into a major fashion hub, and I'm driven to help lead it.
The numbers tell their own story: 2,226 shoots and counting, 16 years married to my soulmate, 180 episodes of I Love Lucy binged (no regrets), two kids (ages 10 and 13), one Yorkie, and two Bengal cats. Proof that I can wrangle chaos both in the studio and at home..

Sierra is a celebrity makeup artist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty and entertainment industry. Her work has been published on major platforms including Apple Music with recording artist DEV and featured on Hulu. She’s had the opportunity to showcase her artistry at high-profile events such as Lollapalooza 2022 and the Electronic Music Awards 2024. Known for creating impactful, camera-ready looks, she specializes in enhancing individuality while aligning with each project’s creative vision. Her passion lies in blending artistry, culture, and storytelling through makeup.
